About Our Program

Dance I-IV

The Cleburne High School Dance program offers students comprehensive instruction in a variety of dance styles, including jazz, pom, kick, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop. Students develop technical skills, performance quality, artistry, teamwork, and leadership while performing at showcases throughout the year. The program encourages creativity, discipline, and school pride while preparing students for continued growth as performers and leaders.

Showstoppers Dance Team

The Showstoppers Dance Team is Cleburne High School's premier performance organization for students in grades 9–12. Membership is by audition and is designed for dedicated student performers who are committed to excellence, teamwork, and school spirit.

The team specializes in precision and performance across a variety of dance genres including jazz, pom, kick, contemporary, lyrical, and hip hop. Throughout the year, Showstoppers represent Cleburne High School by performing at football and basketball games, pep rallies, school events, community appearances, dance showcases, and competitions.

Beyond technical dance training, members develop leadership, discipline, time management, and lifelong friendships while serving as ambassadors for Cleburne High School and the community.
